An available independent driver is dispatched to collect the item from your door in your chosen window. They confirm the pickup with a photo for the record.

We drop off — taken to the carrier
Your driver takes the item to the correct carrier or return center and scans it in, capturing proof that your return is on its way back.

Done — drop-off confirmed
You get a drop-off confirmation with the proof scan. That flat pickup fee goes straight to the driver — the platform never holds your money.
