Our Commitment
DriverEats is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We continuously improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
"Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are tracking and resolving known issues through our accessibility roadmap.

DriverEats provides built-in accessibility controls accessible via the ♿ button on all pages:

Known Limitations
The following areas have known accessibility gaps we are actively resolving:
- Interactive coverage and live-tracking maps — keyboard navigation is limited
- Some PRISM theme animations may trigger motion sensitivity
- Live order tracking audio cues are not yet implemented
